Hightower Wins 2023 WealthManagement.com Industry Award for its Succession/Ownership Transition Service, The Hightower Center for Leadership

CHICAGO — October 9, 2023 — The Hightower Center for Leadership (HTCL) was awarded a Wealthie for Non-Custodial RIA Support Platforms in the Succession/Ownership Transition Service category. Now in its ninth year, the 2023 WealthManagement.com Industry Awards recognize company achievements that support financial advisor success.

HTCL is a rigorous two-year, certificate-granting education program created to empower the next generation of leaders in Hightower advisory businesses. Training is designed for soon-to-be partners, lead advisors, relationship managers, operational professionals, business managers and those involved with strategic decision-making. Participants take part in simulation-based training on business development, organic growth strategies, team dynamics, operational decision-making, and management imperatives such as incentivizing and developing staff.

On October 2, HTCL celebrated its second graduating cohort of 26 members. With 31 advisors in the third cohort, set to begin October 12, HTCL is prepared to guide and nurture this next generation of leaders through an immersive curriculum that spans every facet of steering an advisory business, from strategic vision and operational excellence to business development prowess and mastering the P&L landscape.

At the September 7 ceremony, 91 awards were presented to 80 companies from a pool of 253 finalists. HTCL was awarded a Wealthie in 2021 as well.
