About Hightower Advisors

Hightower was founded in 2008 and we’ve come a long way over the years. Our Chicago-based corporate office supports over 120 wealth advisory firms across 34 states — helping with operations, finance and more so advisors can maximize time with clients. We also collaborate on business consulting and marketing; we provide training options and a host of value-added services.

We work hard and reward hard work. We want our employees to be all-in; we also want our employees to prove out our concept of “well-th”— that is, overall wellness derived from financial success balanced with family time, vacation time, hobby time — whatever completes a picture of a “happy life.”

Our Hightower HIGHFlex work model includes the ability to balance remote/office work, the option to work a month from anywhere at all, and a generous vacation policy that is about getting the work done and enjoying life, not banking hours.

Since its establishment, Hightower’s 10-week-long internship program has grown and grown; there’s no getting coffee or making copies. Instead, our interns jump in hands-on with the team they’ve chosen — and also have the opportunity to meet with senior leaders in lunch-and-learn sessions, collaborate on projects and make great connections.
