He and his team pride themselves on aligning people, processes and technology solutions to deliver a comprehensive platform for integrating and scaling financial advisory businesses. Before joining Hightower, Mr. Besso was the senior vice president and head of information technology at Calamos Investments. He also served as senior vice president, managing director and division information officer at Wachovia Securities.
