Roberto Stewart

Roberto Stewart serves as president and chief business officer at Hightower Advisors, where he leads enterprise services across operations, technology, risk, product and strategic initiatives. In this role, he is focused on simplifying and scaling the Hightower platform to enhance the advisor experience, drive operational efficiency and support sustained growth.

Roberto is an established senior executive with more than 25 years of domestic and international experience across financial services, professional services, energy and consulting. His experience spans Fortune 100 companies, private equity-backed organizations and privately held firms, providing a broad perspective across industries and operating models. He has a strong track record of driving continuous improvement, building scalable operating platforms and leading complex organizations through growth and transformation.

Prior to joining Hightower, Roberto served as chief operating officer at Engle Martin & Associates. He previously held senior leadership roles at American International Group (AIG), McKinsey & Company and Allstate.

Roberto holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Miami and completed the Chief Operating Officer program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has also completed executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University.

Roberto lives in Miami with his family. He is a father of three and, outside of work, enjoys golf, boating, working on projects around the house and supporting underprivileged youth and the disabled community.
