Jennifer Krevitt

Jennifer Krevitt serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hightower Advisors, where she leads the firm’s enterprise-wide talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation. In this role, she is responsible for aligning people initiatives with Hightower’s growth-oriented culture and strategic business priorities—supporting the firm’s continued evolution and long-term success.

Before joining Hightower, Jennifer founded Krevitt Consulting in 2024 to counsel organizations and senior leaders on harnessing the power of people and strategy to drive excellent execution, improved outcomes, and a growth-oriented culture.

Jennifer previously served as Senior Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at Invesco Ltd., a global asset management firm. As a member of Invesco’s executive leadership team, Jennifer played a pivotal role in developing and driving the firm’s strategic priorities across its global platform.

Jennifer’s career also includes nearly 25 years at Goldman Sachs, where she held numerous senior positions, including Global Head of Human Capital Management for the Asset Management Division and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions People Strategies. Before her tenure at Goldman Sachs, Jennifer was General Counsel and Head of Human Resources at CRC Inc., a fintech consulting firm.

Jennifer earned a BA in Economics with a minor in mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. She is an active member of the Penn Carey Law School Board of Advisors and has served in various roles at the University of Pennsylvania, including as immediate past-chair of the Trustees’ Council of Penn Women and current advisory board member of the Penn Arts & Sciences Professional Women’s Alliance.

In addition to her professional achievements, Jennifer is a founding member of the non-profit Pipeline Crisis/Winning Strategies, chairs the governance board of the non-profit ReelAbilities, and serves as a board member of the non-profit Women’s Rights Information Center (WRIC), where she chairs the Human Resources Committee.
