Krevitt to lead talent, culture and organizational strategy, harnessing Hightower’s strong growth-oriented culture and strategic business priorities

CHICAGO—May 5, 2025—Hightower announced today that Jennifer Krevitt has joined as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she will lead enterprise-wide talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation across the corporate team and advisor practices nationwide.

Krevitt spent the last year building a private consulting business focused on counseling organizations and senior leaders across a range of companies. Prior to 2024, Krevitt served as Senior Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at Invesco Ltd., a global asset manager. As a member of Invesco’s Executive Leadership Team, Jennifer worked to develop and drive the firm’s strategic priorities across its global platform.

“We are in the people business, and Jennifer is an incredible addition to the Hightower executive leadership team,” said Hightower CEO Bob Oros. “A seasoned professional with impressive industry experience, she will help guide the company through its next phase of growth, focused on our strong, outcome-oriented team that continues to deliver results.”

Prior to Invesco, Krevitt was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. During her nearly 25-year tenure at Goldman, she held numerous senior positions, including Global Head of Human Capital Management for the Asset Management Division and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions People Strategies. Krevitt, who is a lawyer, was General Counsel and Head of Human Resources at CRC Inc., a fintech consulting firm, before she joined Goldman Sachs.

“I am thrilled to be joining Hightower at such a pivotal moment in its evolution,” said Krevitt. “Hightower has long been a leader in transforming the wealth management space, and I’m excited to build on that foundation – partnering with the team to shape how we grow, lead and empower talent in a rapidly changing industry.”

Krevitt is a member of the Penn Carey Law School Board of Advisors and has served in a wide variety of other roles at the University of Pennsylvania, including as immediate past-chair of the Trustees’ Council of Penn Women and current Advisory Board member of the Penn Arts & Sciences Professional Women’s Alliance. Additionally, she is a founding member of the non-profit Pipeline Crisis/Winning Strategies, chairs the Governance Board of non-profit ReelAbilities, and is a board member of the non-profit Women’s Rights Information Center (WRIC), serving as chair of the Human Resources Committee.
