Sandy Cove Advisors Joins Hightower Signature Wealth, Expanding Financial Planning Capabilities and Adding $752M in AUM

CHICAGO – September 30, 2026 – Hightower Advisors (“Hightower”) today announced that Sandy Cove Advisors (“Sandy Cove”), a Hingham, Massachusetts-based wealth management firm with approximately $752 million in assets under management*, has joined Hightower Signature Wealth (“HTSW”). The addition marks HTSW’s third external acquisition of 2026, expanding its presence in New England.

Founded by President and Chief Wealth Strategist Deirdre Prescott and led alongside Chief Investment Officer Kate Saltonstall, CFA®, Sandy Cove provides investment management, financial planning and family office services in a boutique setting. The practice is known for working closely with clients and their tax and legal professional advisors to coordinate investment, estate, tax and financial planning decisions, with a particular focus on family legacy planning and significant life transitions, including divorce.

The transaction is expected to close at the end of the third quarter and will bring HTSW’s total assets under management to more than $40 billion*. Sandy Cove was advised in the transaction by Rick Adler with Red Arrow Capital, LLC.
