Matt Otto, AIF®, CFP®

Managing Director

Partner

Matt Otto is a Managing Director and Partner of The Otto Group at HighTower. With more than 20 years of experience as a financial advisor, Matt is a true fiduciary, legally-bound to act in his clients’ interests, who strives to provide optimal, cost-effective solutions. 

Matt primarily focuses on comprehensive asset management and estate strategies for high-net-worth, accredited investors. He possesses vast experience in options trading, equity derivatives, both fixed income and equity hedging strategies, managed money, structured solutions, and alternative investments. Matt’s niche experience in the alternative investment space allows his clients to participate in more institutional-type investment models that perform differently than traditional retail asset allocations.

With a mission-driven and values-based approach, Matt aims to provide an excellent, memorable wealth management experience for his clients. His ultimate goal is and has been to give clients greater confidence in their financial well-being. 

Matt is a member of the American Association of Individual Investors (AAII) and the Sarasota chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) and Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP™) designations. He also holds his Series 7, 63, 66, and Florida Life, Health and Variable licenses.

Alex Gault

Private Wealth Advisor

Alex Gault is a Private Wealth Advisor at The Otto Group. Alex’s experience in both the mortgage and alternative investment industries allows him to bring his insight and perspectives to our team.

While Alex has multiple roles within The Otto Group, he most enjoys getting to know his clients, portfolio management and optimization, and implementing Advanced Planning solutions for clients moving through various life cycles and market conditions. We feel the combination of these three processes is the foundation of our mission and the optimal outcome for our clients: Financial Wellness. With a keen focus on risk management and the implementation of alternative investment solutions, Alex helps clients enhance their legacies and preserve their values.

Prior to HighTower, Alex worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator at EverBank, as well as an Internal Wholesaler at CNL Securities. While at CNL, Alex was engaged in the distribution of non-traded real estate investment trusts, business development companies and private placements. As an Internal Wholesaler, he covered the northern California territory and actively educated financial advisors on current CNL-offered funds.

Alex earned his Bachelor of the Arts degree in Finance with a concentration on Investments from The University of North Florida. He holds his Series 7, 63, 66 and FL-215 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses.

As a native of the Bradenton/Sarasota area, Alex volunteers within the community, and spends time with his family and life-long friends, Alex enjoys all outdoor activities including his favorite hobby of golf and enjoys working out in his spare time. Alex lives in Lakewood Ranch and is engaged to be married to his fiancé Jordan in the Fall of 2019.

Laurel M. Corriveau

Director of Client Relations

Laurel Corriveau is the Director of Client Relations for The Otto Group at HighTower. With nearly 30 years of professional services firm experience, she brings a background in business development, client relationship management, marketing, and brand awareness to the team.

Laurel’s key areas of focus include ensuring that The Otto Group flawlessly executes their concierge level relationship management for their family of clients, new client and advisor transitions, and leading marketing and communication efforts in support of expanding the team’s client base. 

Prior to joining The Otto Group and HighTower, Laurel served as the Business Development Manager at a regional law firm, where she was responsible for business development coaching, activities, and event planning for attorneys in the firm’s Florida offices. Previously, she was the Community Relations Manager with the Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County.

As a passionate and active leader in her community, Laurel has been recognized for her philanthropic efforts, most recently recognized with a 2017 Bronze Presidential Volunteer Service Award, Goodwill Manasota’s 2017 Ambassador Above and Beyond Award, and the 2016 Community Ambassador of the Year Award. In addition to serving as an Ambassador for Goodwill Manasota, she is a volunteer with United Way Suncoast.

Laurel earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends at any one of the beautiful, local Gulf Coast beaches. She has a passion for giving back to the community where she works and lives.

Anthony J. Bosco

Senior Client Relationship Associate

Anthony Bosco is a Senior Client Relationship Associate with The Otto Group and joins us from the Philadelphia area with an 18-year career in the financial industry.  As an integral member of our team, Anthony focuses on supporting our advisor's investment management process within our clients’ portfolios through the administration of alternative investments, structured notes, and maturing investments. He is primarily responsible for constructing client portfolio reviews, as well as supporting our advisors in researching portfolio analytics, reconciliations, and objectives-based investment options.

Prior to joining The Otto Group, Anthony worked within a bank wealth management department as a registered client associate, the first point of contact in support of a 41-member advisor team. He regularly supported the department’s smart technology training efforts, operational efficiencies, and regulatory requirements.  Anthony holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses. 

Within our team, Anthony is aligned to deliver full-service solutions to our clients and wealth advisors which support and maintain the progressive strategies of our advanced planning process.  Anthony participates in our team approach of helping our clients’ achieve financial wellness. 

Born and raised outside of Philadelphia in southern New Jersey, Anthony moved to the Gulf Coast in August of 2018.  He lives in Nokomis with his wife, Lisa, and their two daughters, Ariana and Isabella. He enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid Eagles football fan, and loves to travel to Italy and spend time with many of his family members.

Sarah Djamshidi

Sarah Djamshidi is the Executive Director of Business Succession Planning. She has more than 17 years of experience providing fiscal, strategic and operations leadership to individuals, families and businesses.

Sarah focuses on working with business owners, entrepreneurs and executives to develop comprehensive business solutions, growth strategies and succession plans. She guides clients through a multi-faceted planning process where both financial and business goals are optimized for business transition.

Prior to Hightower, Sarah was a Managing Director of National Capital Companies, as well as President and Managing Partner of Speedshift Ventures. 

Sarah has earned her reputation as a detail-oriented executive leader who can synthesize complex business challenges to uncover solutions and opportunities for entrepreneurs. Sarah guides clients through a multi-faceted planning process where both financial and business goals are optimized for business transition. Sarah assists clients in determining whether they can afford to exit their business and what options are best – stay, grow or exit their business. Armed with a comprehensive plan and analysis, clients can make well-informed decisions in monetizing the value of their businesses. Through HighTower’s strategic advisory network, Sarah can help clients execute their plan.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Statistics with specialization in Decision Information Systems from the University of Maryland.

She has also completed courses in the Executive Management and Innovation Management Programs from University of Maryland’s A. James Clark School of Engineering and Robert H. Smith School of Business. 

Sarah has a passion for helping entrepreneurs and enjoys being active in the DMV's startup community. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.

Matt Harris brings over 7 years of investment analysis and capital market experience to HighTower.  His current focus is capital market analysis, manager search and selection, and intellectual property creation.  Prior to joining HighTower, he worked as a Financial Advisor with a Senior Institutional Consulting wealth management team, which subsequently left Morgan Stanley in the fall of 2008 to join HighTower.  His work within the wealth management team focused on investment analysis, portfolio construction, and asset allocation.
 
Mr. Harris holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation.  Mr. Harris played intercollegiate soccer for both University Nevada‐Las Vegas and San Francisco State University, and graduated from San Francisco State University with a BS degree in Finance.
Colin Healy

Colin Healy brings more than 10 years of wealth management and consulting experience to HighTower. Prior to joining HighTower Wealth Management, Mr. Healy was a Managing Director and Partner at HighTower with Lyon Wealth Management in San Francisco, CA. Before joining HighTower he spent 7 years at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Consultant and Financial Advisor in the Global Wealth Management division.  

Mr. Healy holds a BS/MBA degree, with honors, in financial analysis and corporate finance from the Jacobs School of Management at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a Certified Investments Management Analyst and a level two candidate for the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation. He holds FINRA Series 7,66 & 31 licenses.
